I'm glad you're here. You deserve to feel good in your body!
Every session is built around you, not a set technique. There's no separate menu or different price for Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
When you arrive we will discuss how your body is feeling, what pressure/style you like, and what your goal for the session is. I love meeting new people and their bodies!
- 60 minutes is a focused session. Enough time to work through one or two problem areas, or give your whole body a solid once-over.
- 90 minutes is the sweet spot for most people. Full-body work with time to spend on whatever's bothering you most.
- 120 minutes is for when you need deep self-care. Let’s take the time to work through all your body needs, without rushing.
Every session is customized to you! Let’s help your body move and function the way it wants to.
If you’d like a deeper release, book a breath work add-on.

Access the power to heal yourself!
Breathwork traces back to ancient Indian pranayama. I trained under David Elliot and follow the Two-Stage Pranayama technique, simple and impactful.
Breathwork is an excellent practice if you’re looking to release stress, enhance physical and mental endurance, and simply live a better life.
This breath turns off your analytical mind allowing your subconscious to become conscious. In this state of awareness, tension, memory, and emotion surface. Many people experience euphoria, a sense of timelessness, reduced discomfort, or feelings similar to a runner’s high.
Please note, this isn't a relaxation session. It's purpose is to ease you out of your comfort zone, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I'll be right there with you, keeping my energy neutral allowing you to have the experience your spirit knows you need in a safe, healing space.
Every session ends with meditation and grounding, so you leave with what came up integrated, not just stirred up. I've seen it open people's minds the way psychedelics do, minus the substance.
Breathwork is SELF LOVE.
Drink water after, keep your day light, and talk to your doctor first if you have health concerns.
“When I block myself from experiencing things, it is the direct opposite of embracing them. Judgement becomes an act of pushing away and blocking receptivity.” - David Elliot, The Reluctant Healer

Philosophy
My Approach to Healing
Your body isn't just a tool; it's where you live.
If you train hard, work long hours, or move a lot, you know what it's like to push through discomfort.
That tension isn't only tight muscles; it's compensation patterns, old injuries, and stress that is never fully released.
Your body holds onto more than you think. Old stress, old bracing, patterns you've stopped noticing because you've lived in them so long.
Most of us reach a point where we start questioning who we are and where we're supposed to be.
With manual massage, that's one part of the work. Massage helps you feel better in your body, sleep better, frees up nagging fascia.
Breath work is the other side of the coin: a tool to pull your nervous system out of high alert and let your body stop bracing for something that already happened. YOU CAN HEAL YOURSELF — breath is how you get there.
My job is to help your body let go of what it's been holding so you can move better, recover faster, and feel present in your own body again.
This is collaborative: you know your body, I bring the technique and the hands, and together we figure out what you need that day.
Your body is wise, capable, and deserving of care that honors both its strength and its need to rest.
Massage Techniques
Methods often integrated into sessions to address chronic tension and support your body's natural ability to heal itself.
Myofascial Release

Gentle sustained pressure, great for a warm up and connective tissue restrictions.
Targets the fascia to release deep-seated tension to eliminate pain and restore fluid motion.
Trigger Point Therapy

Targeted, direct pressure is used to release muscle knots with referring pain; helping ease ongoing muscular tension.
Dynamic Cupping

I use silicon cups to decompress the muscles; great for quick myofascial release while separating muscle tissue that has become adhered.
Also, increases blood flow and aids in alleviating inflammation and recovery.

Positional Release
A gentle method where muscles are in shortened positions to release hyper-irritable tissues, resetting muscle spindles and chronic tension patterns.
